Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of book, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. This weeks topic is the first ten books that you reviewed. I decided to share the books that I’ve reviewed for this blog. I started this blog back in 2016 so I need to go back 3 years to see what books I reviewed first. I’ve linked to all of them so you can check them out if you want to. Let’s get started.

That’s it for today. I can’t quite believe I’ve been writing reviews on this blog for 3 years now. Since I post them every Friday, that’s a lot of reviews :). If you review books, what was the first book you reviewed? I hope you are all having a wonderful day and I will see you next time.

Amazing! I hope I’m able to keep my blog running for 3 years 🙂 War and Peace has been on my tbr for ages and I hope to read it eventually!
I also listed my first reviews if you’d like to have a look!

Wow, you enjoyed War and Peace a lot more than I did! Granted I read it ages ago, I wonder what I would think about it now? I pretty much remember enjoying all the “war” sections a lot more than the “peace” parts, which just bored teenage me to tears. 😀

Aw it’s a shame you didn’t get on with it but I can see what you mean. 😄

I’d like to read more of Elizabeth Gaskell’s work. I love North and South. Here is my Top Ten Tuesday.

I’d like to read War and Peace someday. In English first, before I tackle it in Russian and French.

I bet it must have been nice to look back on your first reviews! Do you think your reviewing style has changed a lot since the beginning? Or your blogging style?
I’m feeling a bit slumpy and wondering whether I should try something that seems universally loved (like Watership Down – your 5-star rating is the latest one I’ve seen in the past year or so!) or whether that’s risky and I should either stop reading for a bit or reread a fave. I’ll see how I feel after Twelve Kings in Sharakhai… 🙂
