TTT: Auto-buy Authors

TTT-Big2 (1)
Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of book, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. This weeks topic is your auto-buy authors. If I’m being completely honest I don’t have auto-buy authors because I always do a bit of research on new releases to see if it’s something I’ll enjoy. I do have my favourite authors though and I am regularly check to see whether they have any new releases coming up. So it’s as close to an auto-buy author as I’ll get :). Let’s get started.

  • John Gywnne / 6 books read / Favourite: Faithful and the Fallen series
  • Brian McClellan / 6 books read / Favourite: Gods of Blood and Powder trilogy
  • Robin Hobb / 18 books read / Favourite: Tawny Man trilogy
  • Michael J. Sullivan / 11 books read / Favourite: Riyria Revelations series
  • Adrian Tchaikovsky / 9 books read / Favourite: Echoes of the Fall trilogy
  • Alison Croggon / 4 books read / Favourite: the Pellinor series
  • Sebastien de Castell / 9 books read / Favourite: Spellslinger series
  • Bradley Beaulieu / 5 books read / Favourite: Song of the Shattered Sand series
  • Kazuo Ishiguro / 7 book reads / Favourite: Never Let Me Go
  • Katherine Arden / 3 books read / Favourite: the Winternight trilogy

That’s it for today. I would definitely be interested in checking out any new books from these authors. Who are your auto-buy authors? Do you even have auto-buy authors. I would love to know. I hope you are all having a wonderful day and I will see you next time.
