The Book of Dragons is a short story collection edited by Jonathan Strahan. Dragons are at the centre of these stories and each author has put their own unique spin on this classic mythical beast. This collection is a mix of short stories and poems. I really enjoyed this short story collection – as with any collection there are stories that you enjoy more then others but I think Strahan has done a fantastic job at pulling all of these stories together. Dragons are such a staple of the fantasy genre so it was interesting to read all these different views of the mythical creature. I’m not going to review every story because there are quite a lot of them but I have rated each story.
